Tokyo Dome Support Project

The Tokyo Dome Support Project is divided into two parts:

  1. Advertising support, 2) On-site support on the day of the concert.

1)Advertising Support:
Advertising Support also currently has three groups related to Reisnavis: Rei-Ads funded by ReisNavis Fundraising, Rei/Ive Ads personally funded, and Dukongz Ads personally funded.

< Rei's Navis Fundraiser>
Funding: We will be using a well-known Japanese advertising agency called birthdayadjp.shop. We will notify you again when a fundraising account is created here. After Amuse (Ive's management agency in Japan) grants us permission to advertise using Rei's images, we will open a fundraising account. If you want to know more about this agency, please read their [introduction]
Even if we are unable to raise 100% of the target funds, the founders of ReisNabis plan to implement the project at their own expense. But if you help us, we can invest funds in other support projects such as local support.

You can check see more details about the advertisement location/time zone on the main Tokyo Dome Support Thread , but the summary is as follows.

  1. On the Shinjuku Unika Vision large electronic billboard , we will publish a video announcing the Rei and Tokyo Dome concert from August 24th to September 6th. Two 30-second videos are aired in one hour and the price is 200,000 yen.

  2. The Nagoya Station Square Vision advertisement airs 20 15-second commercials per hour on a total of 10 pillars and 26 screens. Since Nagoya is far from the Tokyo Dome, it will take a little more planning to attend the concert, so we are planning to take it a little earlier, between August 6 and 12. The advertised price is 309,000 yen.

  3. Shibuya Station Ticketing J Area Vision Advertisement will air 15-second videos 10 times per hour, with a planned date of August 24-30. The price is 220,248 yen.

We aim to raise a total of 757,000 yen. (Approx. 6,400,000 KRW)

.

In addition to the above three, there are other advertisements that are run by individuals.
@kyoka_kouno will be running a vision advertisement for Rei at Tokyo Dome and a Truck advertisement for IVE as whole.
Also, the DuKongz advertisement proposed by a Yujin Fan(twitter @ROSE_AYJ0901). But since it's not aligned with the purpose of this site, we decided to fund it privately, @ROSE_AYJ0901 and me. We are planning to advertise a Dukongz poster and a DuKongz video at the Tokyo Station.
.

I think the area where we really need your help is video production which will be used for advertising. How to efficiently use 15 seconds (subway advertisement) to 30 seconds (large electronic billboard)
The ultimate goal is to 1) use Rei's charm to attract people's attention and 2) get people interested in the Tokyo Dome concert and come to the concert.
Even if you can't make your own videos, you can still help us by submiting ideas, giving feedback, and so on.

.

The steps of Ad Support are as follows.

  1. Decide on a place and time ←
  2. Submit a specific advertisement plan and request permission to use Rei's images from AMUSE(IVE's agency in Japan) ←
  3. Establish a fundraising account with the Advertising agency birthdayadjp.shop ←
  4. It's a good idea to start video production ← as soon as possible.
  5. Once 2 and 3 are completed, fundraising begins.
ReisNabis does not take money from fans. It is a method of direct remittance by individuals to birthdayadjp.shop, which is an agency.
  6. Fundraising completed, video completed.
  7. Advertisement! :tv:

.

In addition to the advertisement, the local support on the day of the concert mentioned above is still in the conceptual stage, so we look forward to seeing your brilliant ideas.

As for the ads I will be doing personally,

Ad Truck → 2 days, IVE as a whole

・Tokyo Dome City Visions → 3 days, Rei only

*Dates and locations are not yet finalized.
*This will not be crowdfunded.

I am assuming that we can mention the ideas for the video here, if not, please redirect to where I can cause that would be embarrasing. From all the talk i've heard surrounding the Tokyo Dome, it's a pretty recognizable venue, so maybe having that be the first thing shown to grab people's attention, maybe with the words TOKYO DOME spelled in Japanese. Then add some REI content, from what i'm not entirely sure, maybe from her instagram a few photos as her aesthetic is extremely charming, but videos seem more alluring and appealing to the average person so that I'm not entirely sure of. But at the end of the video, i'd suggest maybe a photo of IVE and the date and time of the Tokyo Dome concert, with something along the lines of "come see REI and IVE" etc. I haven't been in kpop long enough to know how these promotional videos are supposed to turn out ( I feel like i should emphasize that, i in no way have any idea what i'm doing ), and i have no editing skills, but I'm gonna try my hardest to research past operations similar to this and give as much feedback as i possibly can when I have the time!

Thank you!
We will continue to listen to your opinions and improve this project for REI.
I'd love to share it with other language communities and start discussing it.
