I would love it if we could work to create a library of Rei’s content here for fans to find her videos or variety shows more easily. Something like IVEflix where all of Rei’s content could be easily organized and accessible all in one place.
I’m not sure how to get started going about this but I am open to ideas! 🫶🏼
From what I've seen, wix is a really good website to start as that's where that other IVE content website was made from. I find it nice when things are chronologically ordered as it makes me feel like I'm watching her grow, so I feel that might be the best way to organize things, as her content isn't going to be super set into one program besides her actual Youtube show, which could have it's own department. The more i yap, the more i realize maybe it's better to group things up, but all just ideas. I am terrible with computers, but if I can figure out the wix website( or another website that some people find to be better), and someone could gather up all content ( which i can also attempt, but 2 minds are better than one) we can have LIVES, schedules, etc. all on there. This is really vague proposal, I just wanted to offer a starting point
I was hoping we could find a way to include it on this site - but that’s dependent on the person in charge 
So far I have all Rei’s solo or unit content in a YouTube playlist.
Certainly more organization is needed though.
Perhaps sections for each major variety show, follow rei (of course), covers or music content, vlogs, and then some of the major full group content like 1,2,3 IVE and their MVs.

oh wow, this is comprehensive, we could just upload these into the website (i'm assuming, this may be harder than we think) and ask others to let us know about any content missed?
I could try to organize them into subsections and post them under categorized threads - I think I should wait to hear from the admins before doing anything that massive though

You guys can also check out this site created by IVESTREAM, it categorises IVE content in diffent ways which may help people find specific content they are looking for.

I know you said not to get ahead of ourselves, and i technically didn't but I am so sorry if you didn't want me to do anything. I figured out how to make a website and can share it with anyone who gives me an email. it is shabby right now but it looks pretty and i could use advice on how to fix it up. I 100% won't do anything like publish until the admins agree, i just was too excited. I only have two youtube videos in it, i just felt like I was moving too fast so i came to confess my sins.
so one of the admins liked my post, and I'm taking that as a yes to continue working on the website. Cassie, since this was your idea, I'm pretty sure you'd want to see what it looks like so I can dm you the link on twitter if you agree, and any admin who want to help or just supervise I can send you the link as well. So far, I'm just working of Follow Rei but there are a lot of sections I'm working on! Please let me know if I need to do something or am moving too fast!

I wasn't expecting any sort of reply, what you're doing with the TOKYO DOME project is way beyond what I thought we as fans can do and I really have nothing to provide for that cause, so I want to try my best with this one. No pressure to reply or anything, if you need anything for this content library let me know!
I do think a content library would be a great addition.
If you want to get super organized, I can even create various subcategories under the Media category. But no pressure really.

I already have a website created, so maybe we could link it or something of the sort? I am just using Cassie's playlist for the majority of things, but I'll let you know when it's done and we can figure out the logistics of everything! Sorry it took so long to reply i have a limit of replies ig and i overdid it haha
Ok! Update on progress I have uploaded all of Rei’s YouTube content, and what I think is all of her covers/original songs. I’m working through the Variety and Official IVE content where she guest stars and such and I want to add in official fancams so I’m going to try and see if I have time to find them all! That’s all just wanted to let everyone know。

Here how it's been done in various communities I've been part of:
There is a designated OP (original poster) whose task is the maintain the first message on a topic, that first message will be the index of the content referenced and will be updated at the very least once per week (the more people share links and so on). Obviously, this could be a heavy task for one person only, so helpers could be designated as well.
So in this case we would want a Rei's content index.
OP will create a topic
On the topic, they can put a list of the said contents
TV show appearance (put a nice banner image to make it pretty)
YouTube appearance (put a nice banner image to make it pretty)
And so on and so forth, the point of making this topic here instead of creating a Google docs and all, is the ability to maintain and edit the content ad vitam æternam even if the OP disappears unlike Google docs or various carrd websites which usually have one owner and a handful of people with access, all of whom may give up and move on later on or delete the document with the abandon of the Gmail account associated with it.
Or since you've already created an index and IVESTREAM as well, we can create a topic here with a link to all of these ressources.
so basically, IVEFLIX, IVESTREAM docs and your website, we will add more links as more people will want to share their ressources.
