This isn't related to the website and how it works, but rather Rei. Is this Spotify Rei's official one? Because I didn't think she had one, but i'm gullible so I thought to ask.
No - she has no official one. 
All IVE members with solo profiles also do not list the group in their name. Until she has an official release, collab, or feature, any profiles are fan made.

Thank you for your patience. After discussions with staff, we decided to not have trading card posts here. That is because we are a new website with no reputation, and a single bad trade could drag our name through muds
Of course most Reikkoms are honest and most trades are fair, but it takes one random bad apple to ruin the reputation.
We also currently have no capacity to think of rules and restrictions to prevent bad trade, if it’s even possible.
But please keep your suggestions coming, they are great!
