例 1: ヨーロッパのファンが、コンサートでReichanの応援ツールを配布するなど、ヨーロッパ ツアーに向けて小さなサポートプロジェクトを行いたいと考えています。彼らはこのウェブサイトで他のヨーロッパ人の DIVEを見つけて、自分たちでプロジェクトを実行したり、資金を提供したりすることができます。
例 2: 韓国のDIVEが Reichanの広告サポートをしたいと考えています。ウェブサイトを通じて同じ志を持った韓国のDIVEと出会う予定だ。彼らはプロジェクトを計画し、資金を提供します。自分自身の資金が足りなく募金活動が必要な場合は、このウェブサイトを通じて募金活動を行うことができます。ただし、その場合は厳格な透明性ガイドラインを遵守し、管理者を監視者として受け入れる必要があります。

This is a Naoi Rei’s fan community, created and run by the fans.
The purpose of this supporter community is:
- To provide a space where worldwide Rei supporters can meet and find each other to do support projects together.
- To provide for a platform for transparent fundraiser, if needed.
- Long term goal is to have a democratic system to vote in/out the admins.
Example 1: A European fan wants to do small support project for European tour such as handing out Rei cheering tools at the concert. They can find other European friends in this website and do/fund the project themselves. End of story
Example 2: A Korean fan wants to do an advertising support for Rei. She/he will meet likeminded Korean fans through the website. They plan and finance the project. If they need a fundraiser because fund within themselves is not enough, they can do a fundraiser through this website. However in such case, they will need to adhere to a strict transparency guidelines, and accept the admins as their watchdog.
Exception: the Tokyo dome support project is likely going to be first and most important project. So the admins may be actively involved in planning and financing. After this project, admins will need to become an impartial watchdog.
